Formed in 2012 in London, Luxury Academy rapidly and firmly established itself in the luxury market. We were fortunate to be embraced by many of the UK’s most recognised names, and as our reputation for interactive and engaging workshops and masterclasses built, we were asked to deliver training for luxury businesses internationally.
In 2013 we delivered our first international training in the USA and since then have delivered workshops, seminars and masterclasses across Europe, the Middle East and India to luxury brands, blue chip companies, retailers, hospitality companies and luxury service providers.
Today we focus exclusively on training for companies who wish to engage and develop stronger relationships with their high net worth and affluent customers, Luxury Academy continues to be one of a very small number of training providers to this market. Our services cover all aspects of soft skills for the luxury market, including, business etiquette training, leadership training, customer service training and communication skills training and sales skills.
