Interim Senior Event Manager | Director Event Management

We have a team of Event Managers, Senior Event Managers and Directors of Event Management who can be contracted on an interim basis to cover staff shortages, busy periods, maternity cover or during a recruitment phase.

All Luxury Academy Event Managers are experienced event professionals with backgrounds in five star hotels.  Our interim managers are proficient with Opera Sales & Catering, Delphi and Fidelio Sales & Catering. 

Minimum Period: 4 Weeks

SEM Fee: £25ph

DOEM Fee: £35ph

Interim Food & Beverage Manager

Interim service for luxury hotels who need immediate and experienced food and beverage management cover.  Cover arranged for hotels experiencing challenges with food and beverage service, staff turnover, service standards, pre-opening and during recruitment process.

All Food & Beverage Managers come from five star hotel backgrounds.

Minimum Period: 4 Weeks

Behavioural Testing

Behavioural Tests

Behavioural testing done by workplace psychologist.  Behavioural testing determines and predicts the best fit for candidates from supervisor level upwards.  Initial test will outline areas such as emotional stability, ability to deal with stressful situations, leadership abilities, ethical behaviour, longevity prediction and general role suitability.  Fee: £95 per test

Behavioural Interviews

One to one interviews with a workplace psychologist for your shortlisted candidates can give more in-depth behavioural feedback regarding role suitability and future behaviour within the role.  Behaviour interviews are best suited to senior management roles. Fee: £200 per interview
