FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
In a number of ways it is quite similar. There are however some major differences. A webinar is one-sided interaction, the trainer shows you a slide presentation and you can ask questions in chat. No. Lessons are delivered live. The lessons are recorded and links are sent to participants who can then watch them again at a later time to refresh their learning.
Yes they can. Just like in an in-person classroom, they raise their hand, in the virtual classroom this is done by clicking the “raise hand” icon. Once the trainer sees their raised hand and calls their name, they can go ahead and ask your question.
Yes it is. Just like in an in-person training, there are elements of the training which require participants to work in groups. The trainer has the ability to break everyone into small breakout groups so they can work in teams of 4 or 5 people to complete any activities.
If participants arrive late to a training session they will not be able to access it. The classrooms are locked once the session begins to minimise distractions. We recommend participants are ready to begin 5 minutes before each scheduled start time.
Participants have the option to complete an end of training test in order to be awarded a certificate. The link to each test is given out by the trainer at the end of each training session. Once completed, and provided a score of 80% or higher is achieved, participants will be awarded a certificate.
