Training Pricing and Fees
Our course pricing is straightforward and transparent. Course prices for on-site programmes, delivered at the client premises worldwide, include up to 12 participants. An additional per person fee is applicable on numbers above 12.
Straightforward pricing
Luxury Academy is pleased to work with diverse international clients, many of whom invite us to deliver training globally. We regularly deliver training across North and South America, Europe, South East Asia, China and across Africa.
We offer a transparent and straightforward fee structure for all our training programmes. However, for sessions scheduled outside the UK mainland, additional travel-related expenditures will be applicable.
For prospective clients located outside the UK mainland, which includes Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Islands, it is advisable to account for these additional travel-related expenditures when drafting budgets for your training.

Train the trainer for L&D & delivery team. Minimum charge 12.

Training outside the UK
Business class travel
Business Class travel will be charged for flight journeys exceeding two hours, this will be billed at cost.
Hotel Accommodation
Hotel accommodations, provided on a half-board basis, will be billed at the actual cost incurred for the evening preceding as well as the evenings coinciding with any training sessions
Airport transfers
Transportation services for transfers between the local airport and the hotel will be invoiced at the actual expenditure incurred.
Specialised locations
Remote locations
For training locations situated on islands without airport facilities, applicable ferry or charter fees will be levied.
Royal or Government Compounds
Training sessions conducted at governmental, military, or royal compounds may incur additional charges, contingent upon location-specific and security-related requisites.
Visa or Training Permits
All Luxury Academy trainers carry both a British and an EU passport. Training permit charges will be cross charged at cost.
