Psychology of working with luxury clients
Luxury Academy teaches the psychology of working with luxury clients. What clients want, what they don’t say, how status, trust, and reassurance shape every interaction, and what’s expected of you when you operate in their world.
The training is grounded in established behavioural science: cognitive, social, and clinical psychology applied to luxury and HNW client contexts.
It doesn’t rely on NLP, pop psychology, or the popular frameworks that have spread through luxury training without much evidence behind them.
There are three courses: an entry point and two specialisations.
They’re self-paced, online, and CPD-certified, and the certificate goes on your CV once you’ve passed the final exam.
