These terms cover use of the website only. Training, consultancy, training materials and online courses are provided under separate terms agreed when you buy them.

The content of the website, including text, video, images, course descriptions, training materials and the Luxury Academy name and logo, belongs to Luxury Academy Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You must not copy, adapt, republish or use any content commercially without our written permission.

Prices, quotations and calculators

Prices on the website are shown excluding VAT. Quotations and figures produced by our quotation tool, team pricing calculator and programme builder are estimates for guidance only. They are not offers, and no contract is formed until we confirm the scope, price and terms in writing. Travel, accommodation and other costs for delivery outside the UK mainland are charged separately, as described on our fees page.
