Founded in 2012, Luxury Academy focusses exclusively on the luxury market. We are training partners to some of the worlds most recognisable luxury companies across retail, banking, jewellery, fashion, hospitality, airlines, travel and shipping.

Since day one, Luxury Academy training has centred around understanding and teaching clients how to interpret the psychology and behaviour of luxury clients. It is this grounding in behavioural psychology which makes us unique from other training companies.  No other training company can give your team the insight we can.

We also advise UHNW private clients on etiquette, behaviour and protocol and
work with private clients to train their household staff, private jet
and yacht crews.

 

The foundation stones of our client relationships are discretion and confidentiality. We never discuss our client list and do not release the names of current or past clients.
